Do You Want to be Published? Warlocks In Space Publishing Submissions Are Open for Original Web Novels!

Ready to get published.

Today is an exciting day for Warlocks In Space Publishing and all our author and reader friends. We've finally got the interface set up to automatically receive submissions from individuals who want to publish their creative works with us. In the future we plant to accept and publish multiple forms of entertainment but for right now it's just web novels.

There's a big caveat though.

Not all the features were were planning are fully together yet. But that doesn't mean you can't publish your work. So, get ready to read the lowdown.

What CAN you do?

1) Submit, edit, publish, and update web novels with all relevant metadata.

2) Add covers to your projects as well as each individual chapter.

3) Post your project for alpha readers, beta readers, and editors to review your projects before publishing.

4) Select and add your alpha readers, beta readers, and editors.

5) Review limited analytics of how many reads you've gotten on your books.

6) Collaborate with artists for the covers of your web novel and individual chapters.

7) Set individual chapters as public, members only, or subscription only access.

What CAN'T you do?

NO profit sharing. - At this time, the website isn't set up for sharing profits with your alpha readers, beta readers, editors, or cover artists. This will be available in early 2026.

NO publishing into longform book. While we've got a few published books, we aren't set up for publishing everyone yet. We are hoping to get there closer to the end of 2026.

How Do I Submit my Original Web Novel for Publishing?

That is actually the easiest part. First, log into your Warlocks In Space account. If you don't have one, then create one. The login/signup form can be found in the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, use the 'More' button in the member pages to navigate to the 'Contributor Dashboard'. From the 'Contributor Dashboard' members can seen any active and approved projects that have been submitted to W.I.S.P. for publishing as well as submit new projects for approval. Just click the 'Add Project' button which will navigate to the 'Submit A New Project for Review' page. Complete the form and click 'Submit'. It's that simple to start the process for becoming a Warlocks In Space Contributor.

What is Approval?

Approval is the process by which our editor and publisher review submitted works to ensure they comply with the Warlocks In Space Content Guidelines. If you are familiar with other web publishing sites, you know that it can take anywhere from a few hours to several days for new submissions to be approved for public viewing and an editing interface linked to a creator's account. Projects will not be automatically published upon approval . Creators can check their pending project approval from the 'Creator Dashboard'.

What Happens Next?

Once a project is approved, the creator will receive an email notification that the project is now available for editing and publishing through the 'Contributor Dashboard'. From there, projects can be edited, updated, and published. If a project has multiple contributors on the website, this is where the primary can begin to list and add additional contributors and specify whether or not they can edit content in that project or if they are just receiving a portion of the royalties for that project.

Royalty Splits and Additional Contributors?

Yes. As fellow creators, we at W.I.S.P. are aware that sometimes, creators collaborate on projects. When they do, sometimes they want the publisher to handle the royalty splits for them. But sometimes they are part of a group, like a company, which collects all the royalties and assigns the splits themselves while still wanting to advertise credit for those who made the project. So, we've provided the primary creator on a project with the ability to list everyone who has contributed to the project, with links to their W.I.S.P. contributor profiles as well as links to any professional profiles and websites they have.

Whether or nor those contributors are paid their royalties directly by W.I.S.P. or from the primary account for that project, is entirely up to the creators. This gives out contributors more flexibility with their collaborations. Royalty splits are not yet available but will be in the future. An email notificaiton will go out when this becomes available.

What kind of Content Can Be Submitted?

Warlocks In Space Publishing LLC is a publisher, of course, we publish books. That includes all formats of books including:

• web novels/serials - available NOW

• eBooks - completed eBook can be published for authors to the WISP store by management.

• audiobooks - completed audiobooks can be published for authors to the WISP store by management.

• paperback - come at the end of 2026

• hardcover books - coming at the end of 2026

• graphic novels/ comics/ manga/ etc. - web novels coming mid 2026

However, that's not all we publish. Warlocks In Space wil also publish video content and music. Why? Because creation comes in many forms. Stay tuned to find out when and how you can publish your content with WISP
