About the Role
Ready for your villain origin story? No not really. It's not that kind of internship.
The position is completely remote. 100%. Just join the website and wander around. Use your personal computer/cell phone/laptop or a device you borrow from someone else like the library, to explore the available features of the WISP website (www.warlocksinspace.com);
Test website interfaces across desktop and mobile devices for usability, functionality, and accessibility.
Perform structured user journeys (e.g., account creation, checkout, navigation) and report issues encountered.
Document bugs, inconsistencies, and design flaws with clear steps for reproduction.
Formatting errors
Broken links
Color or text theme discrepancies
Buttons which don't work
Provide feedback on layout, readability, ease of navigation, and visual design.
Collaborate with designers and developers to recommend improvements to the user experience.
Participate in usability sessions and A/B testing when required.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser/device compatibility.
Your job is to wander around the site trying out the various functions and features to the best of your ability. Which is why you need to have an interest in writing and something to write about or some other media which you want to share your interests in, whether that be music, video, gaming, photography or other art forms. Follow the checklist provided and make sure everything works.
